Nike are getting ready to launch the new colorway in their Vapor V range. It only seems like last week that we were talking about the Champions League debut of the Superfly, but Nike don’t rest! After releasing several ‘wild’ colored cleats (neon green, berry, red) Nike have moved towards a more subtle yet slick Abyss/White color. The Mercurial Vapor V range has been designed with many unique innovations, like for example the FlyWire design that leaves the cleat lighter on the foot. Players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovich are sure to be testing the cleats in the coming weeks, while debuting them in their respective leagues.
This launch of the new colorway is set for May 1st 2009.
