Soccer Magazines Worth Checking Out

Stepping back from Soccer Cleats for five minutes, I thought I would share two of my favorite soccer specific magazines as a recommendation to check out as we approach the holiday season! If you have never subscribed to a magazine, it’s pretty easy to do and also allows a break from only receiving bills in the mail! My wife purchased a subscription to Soccer America last Christmas for me as a gift, and I will definitely be getting a renewal in the next few months! Here are the big two I recommend:

Soccer America ($80 for 12 issues)
Covering all things to do with the American game. Main focus is on MLS and the mens national team. A magazine for the soccer patriot!

Soccer360 ($60 for 6 issues)
Covers mainly European soccer stories and news, but there is a lot of US news included. This one is more of an ‘international’ magazine.

Also worth noting is the fact that if you are thinking of ordering a subscription as a gift for Xmas, now would be the right time to do so as it takes approx. 4 weeks to receive the first issue. Obviously, since the MLS season is just winding down, Soccer360 might be a better option, but by the time you start receiving Soccer America it would be preseason time, and the info in regards to off season news and info is well updated!
