***Update: First off, what a response to the giveaway! 194 of you ended up guessing correctly, with the answer being the Puma V1.10 SL. If you checked the Soccer Cleats by Position: Wingers article and referenced the Puma V1.10 SL you would have spotted the answer (I of course, am a winger!) Although they don’t rank as the best boot I have reviewed, they are my preferred choice and suit my game better than any other boot.

And of course, the winner is…..Darryl Burrell Jr.

Next up for giveaway, is a pair of the ultralight Adidas F50 adiZero in the Warning/Black/White colorway – as tested a few weeks back. Scheduled to arrive for review this week is the Adidas F50 adiZero Prime, so giving these away this week only seems appropriate. Also, thanks to the 200+ Facebook followers who persuaded me to give them away earlier tonight!

You might have spotted Lionel Messi sporting the leather version in the same colorway over the past few weeks, so you will be in good company wearing these. We are now pretty familiar with the list of lightweight boots that are on the market, but I still find myself questioning how light companies are actually able to go!

On to the actual giveaway – right now, there is one soccer cleat in particular that I regard to be my favorite pair. They match exactly what I personally need in a soccer cleat and suit my position to a tee. All you need to do to enter, is:

To help narrow down the choices, I can tell you that the pair in question have a rating of 10 for performance on the review scores page and they have an overall rating above 90. Oh, and in case you missed it, I also added another huge clue above.

From those of you who guess correctly, I will select a winner by random on Wednesday morning (3/30). Only one entry per person, so really think your choice through! The pair up for grabs are a size 9US and have a retail price of $200. This giveaway is open to US and CA residents only.

I really wanna say Umbro GT Pro just cause if i caught the hint right and it'd be a more subtle pick. But my gut says Nike CTR360 Maestri II Elite since it has everything the Regulars do but is more updated and it managed to top your list and it seems it would meet your needs in any position.

Puma V1.10 SL, i believe are your choice cleats, i thought this boot was first made for a none soccer player, but professional track superstar. He happens to love football and like chad ochocinco wanted to switch sports. i think this boot was made for Usain Blot, he may have been one of the first to test it. Based on the first color to come out. But Eto'o has been the player using it regularly.

I know I've read that your go to boots used to be Adipure II's, but they haven't been rated yet. Since the Adipure IV's are a relatively new release I'm going to guess Adipure III's are your favorite. Especially since you have them listed as the first boot by position for midfielders.

I would say Nike CTR 360 II Elite is your favorite since your a midfielder, and midfielders are the ones who need the control to set up plays and control the pace to help win games and championships and also most midfielders has them just for example Andres Iniesta and Cesc Fabregas rock the CTRs so how couldn't you say CTRs are not your favorite.

Nike CTR360 Maestri II Elite FG – you sang praises about it in your review (or was it the non-elite version?? Guess not much difference). You also said in your review of the first ever CTR360 last year that they were your favourite boots in the nike series and ideal for your playing style. I know I won't win because I live all the way in Singapore :-(, but never mind I thought I'll just try and guess. I enjoy reading all your reviews and read them frequently, thanks a lot for them and your website's great!

Oh yah, and one more thing, in Singapore the previous models of the adizeros are just S$199 now but the very first nike mercurial vapor superfly boots (I think released in 2009) still cost way over $400! Is it like that in the US too? I don't think they're worth so much especially since the F50 adizeros are so much lighter and more recent, yet much cheaper. Any idea why the price gap? I actually prefer the superflies for the design, but the adizeros would be the better buy, right?
