if i wear 10US in cr7 vapors what size should i go with the tiempo legend iv (non elite)?
They usually run small. I had to order mine a half size bigger. And they fit me just right, like a glove.
So if that's the kind of feel you want, that's what i would do. Depends how much room you have in your vapors.
