Nike CTR360 Maestri II Released in Metallic Platinum

Nike CTR360 Maestri Metallic Platinum

The latest Nike CTR360 Maestri II colorway has been released in a pretty standard Metallic Platinum/Blue Glow/Black. I use the term standard as it seems like every release of late has some sort of bold mixture of colors, designed to make them stand out. This release does offer a contrast with the Blue Glow detailing (which really does look like it glows), but they don’t have a very obvious bright pop. That is actually a good thing, and it makes a lot of sense on Nike’s part.

I like the look, it is simple and clean, although the Metallic Platinum upper might cause a challenge to keep clean. About a month ago, Nike released a Black/Challenge Red colorway that offers a pretty opposite look to this release, leaving players with options on what style to go for. Everyone loves options, right?

If you want to know how well the Nike CTR360 Maestri II performs, simply check out our review scores page where you will find it currently sitting top of the bunch! They offer pretty much the complete package for any player who fits the playmaker mold, or any player that aspires to be a playmaker. On field, they offer great performance and work out exactly as you would expect – and better! While dribbling, you are able to keep the ball closer to your feet by using the dampening pods up around the front of the boot. The dampening pods are raised slightly off the boot and are basically padded regions that allow for a softer touch on the ball. The side pass and control pads and the control region serves a valid purpose.

Finally, they are also available in the Trequartista range for $90.

  1. I didn't really like the look of this boot at first, but now it's kinda growing on me. All the reviews are great, so I'm anxious to test em out. The original colourway wasn't too great, but and I think I'm gonna pick some of these up this weekend now that there are a couple of new colours.

By the way, this website is a great resource, thanks and keep up the good work!
