Adidas F50 adiZero in Anodized Blue/Slime

Adidas F50 adiZero Anodized Blue

Adidas has released a Leather and Synthetic version of this latest colorway in the F50 adiZero series. It comes in a very vibrant Anodized Blue/White/Slime and follows-up the recent adiZero Prime release in the same color, minus some detailing. In my opinion, these offer a better look even though this design is a lot more simple. The Anodized Blue upper is a fantastic color and allows the boots to really pop.

There are obvious differences between the Leather and Synthetic version of the adiZero. Putting looks and design aside, you get two different boots that offer completely different characteristics in game. The Leather version is going to give you better touch and control on the ball, and they will be very soft from day 1. The Synthetic upper offers far better durability and weatherproofing, while also allowing for slightly better protection in game. In terms of fit, you will find that the Leather version have a slightly tighter fit starting out and the upper will stretch/mold with the shape of your feet compared to the Synthetic version that has a more natural fit, with little give. In other words, you will find the Leather to be more comfortable starting out, but the Leather will offer an increased level of comfort as they contour to your fit. Price wise, there is no difference.

From initial feedback, it seems that this colorway is going to be a fan favorite – especially if you are a Seattle Sounders fan! It has been a while since the last colorway releases in the adiZero series, with the Lionel Messi Champions League version being the most recent. 1. im really digging this colorway!! i love the heel and the ladder design in the green slime. Very similar to the white/anondized blue/slime colorway, but those were white, which are very hard to clean. So these are definitely very attractive to the eye. Plus, theyre Seattle colors!! (reppin Seattle right here)

  2. Better than current colorways.

But Nike is coming correct with their current colorways, and the upcoming ones.

  3. Brian, you say that the synthetic version offer more protection in game, are you sure? when I put them to my feet I was scared of thinking to get a tackle with them…and does the synthetic version will really last far than the leather version?

  4. "In other words, you will find the Leather to be more comfortable starting out, but the Leather will offer an increased level of comfort as they contour to your fit."

Think you made a little mistake there 😉
