Believe it or not, I actually wrote articles for Men’s fashion magazines before starting SoccerCleats1o1, so when it comes to picking clothes and shoes to wear off the field, I am pretty picky!
A few weeks back, I spotted the new Pele Sports Rasunda and reached out to my contact in search of a pair. Soon after, the Navy or “Peacoat” colorway arrived at my door and they have been part of my wardrobe ever since. This is a stylish shoe that features a supporting canvas upper and very comfortable fit and I recommend them if you are looking for a new casual, yet stylish, daily shoe.
As it turns out, the Rasunda is actually tough to find online in the US right now – best place to snag a pair is on Amazon, where they retail for $60.

From Pele Sports website:
The Rasunda is named after the stadium in Sweden where Pelé won his first world Cup in 1958. Its canvas upper is subtle and sophisticated with minimal branding interference. The vulcanized outsole carries the classic symbols that reflect key moments in Pelé’s life. Inspired by the classic ‘Samba’ style of the seventies, with clean suede trim, toweling lining and understated contrast Pelé branding on the heel and the tongue.
