Nike Bring Shimmer Effect to the Elastico Superfly IC SE

Nike Elastico Superfly Shimmer

If Cristiano Ronaldo ever decides to jump in a random indoor soccer game, he now has his own custom weapon of choice. Mind you, the same is true for all players as Nike has taken the signature CR shimmer effect to a special edition release of the Elastico Superfly.

The Elastico Superfly IC SE features an extra layer of NIKESKIN in areas where small-sided footballers experience additional abrasion for increased durability, while the micro-textured Nike Flyknit upper allows for a barefoot-like touch and enhanced ball feel and control.

In order to create a high performing hard surface specific shoe, Nike has designed a distinctly low profile soleplate, placing the foot close to the ground. And to add some effect, the translucent ice rubber outsole features a faint purple pressure map. All together, this is a very clean, crisp and highly desirable design.

Retail wise, these are set to hit the US market in early January. As it stands, the only available IC version currently available comes in a Laser Orange colorway – so these will be in pretty hot demand when they are released!

  1. Bryan, i would like to correct you. "As it stands, the only available IC version currently available comes in a Laser Orange colorway" is wrong. There is an additional green colourway in IC as well.
