Now, is it just me or does anyone else get the sense that this is another piece of advertising magic by the Adidas marketing department? Defining a new type of player can only mean one thing – there is some reason for that player to be defined, or Adidas are …Read More »
When you have Lionel Messi performing so exquisitely in the F50 adiZero, there is always going to be high interest in the mid-tier option in the range. The Adidas F30 is a boot that holds an extremely similar look to the high-end release, but with a completely different set of …Read More »
Earlier this week, an unexpected package arrived in from Adidas. The box was pretty much unmarked, but it felt pretty heavy and there was an Adidas reply address on it. When I opened the box, the logo sitting underneath the bubble wrap pretty much gave-away what was sitting in the …Read More »
The folks at Adidas are no strangers to lightweight releases and adding new dynamics to help freshen things up with their boots. Case in point this Predator LZ SL that takes the Predator range in a whole new direction. Just like the adiPower Predator SL, this version of the boot …Read More »
During last weeks launch event for the new Adidas F50 adiZero Messi, the man himself had a chance to revisit some of his older model boots. There are not many players who can take a trip down memory lane and ask “how many did I score in these?” without wondering …Read More »
Over the past few weeks, we have seen Chelsea striker Fernando Torres wearing the Adidas Predator LZ. There was a time when a change-up by Torres would be front-center news with everyone talking about it. But because of his sporadic form since moving to the Blues, his decision to switch …Read More »
What’s With This Colorway? Honestly, this is one of those colorways that will need to be seen in person in order to get a real understanding of how they look. I have seen a number of different images posted throughout different sites and the shade of green displayed has been …Read More »
Whats With This Colorway Adidas are back with another exclusive colorway in the F50 adiZero for World Player of the Year Lionel Messi. The design is very abstract on this, with the red portion of the boot looking like a flowing ribbon across the upper, with a mixture of shades …Read More »

There seems to be a craze with Yellow releases of late and Adidas has added another option in the form of this Predator LZ. But where others stick with moderate shades of detailing, Adidas incorporate and tasty splash of Vivid Pink. All-in-all, there is a lot of Vivid going on with this one. The fade from Yellow to Black on the side of the boot creates an interesting shade of Gold. Personally, I'm going to stick it out with other recent colorway releases over this flamboyant effort!
So, what makes the new Predator so different from previous editions? On this release, you get 5 different areas where technology has been employed, producing 5 different levels of performance. Rather than being a Power boot, this latest release is more of a hybrid that offers players more control right throughout their game.

We now have another pretty iconic colorway to choose from in the F50 adiZero range. The mix of Dark Blue/Vivid Pink gives a very Lionel Messi look to it, although it is Bastian Schweinsteiger who has been the one to break news on their release. It is the splash of Vivid Pink that gives it a unique look, something I am sure a lot of players will actually like since it creates a prominent dimension to the boot.
This is the fourth colorway we have seen in the latest version of the F50 adiZero. The biggest difference between this release and previous adiZeros is a 3D textured pattern on the SprintSkin upper, designed to elevate performance in all weather conditions.
Since it is the time of year where the ground is either frozen solid or coated in snow I’ve been forced to play specifically on the turf pitches of the few sports complexes in my area. This has afforded me ample time to test out turf boots. Recently I’ve been …Read More »
What's With This Colorway? Adidas has released this new blinging Metallic Silver/Black/Joy Blue colorway and I have no doubt that they are going to attain a pretty immediate following! Released with a leather upper, this is a boot that will sell strong despite the lower ranging signature Adidas 3-stripe. What I like most about these is the mix of Black and Joy Blue detailing on the primary Silver upper. No doubt, the Silver takes center stage but the Joy Blue adds a very dynamic energy and full-flavored spirit.Read More »
