Adidas “Black Pack” Winter Collection Released

Adidas Black Series of Soccer Cleats

Adidas has another selection of new colorways on offer for players, except this “Black Pack” release provides players with a little less flash than we have seen lately and a  more traditional appearance – if there is such a thing anymore! Each offers its own layer of colored detailing that creates some clean lines and fluent transitions.

Don’t get this pack confused with the Enlightened Pack that was released a few months back. That series was all about reflective designs on primary black upper boots while this version has a defining burst of color included. Here are the important details you need to know about each release!

It all kicks off with the Black/Solar Slime version of the adiPure 11Pro. This is only the second release in the new 11Pro series, with the Samba version really setting the tone for the new release. These are a little less obtrusive and give that old school appearance we usually associate with this range. We recently tested the new look 11Pro and the end results were very positive.

Adidas Black Pack F50

Probably the sharpest release comes via the adiZero F50 range, with Adidas combining a Black/Solar Blue. It creates a clean, defined look not normally associated with the F50. This boot also underwent large changes through the Samba Collection release. Performance wise, it is a slam dunk and Adidas have crafted the most efficient speed boot to date. Make sure to check out the adiZero F50 Samba review to find out what makes them so impressive.

The Nitrocharge 1.0 has continued to gather momentum since its introduction to the market earlier this year. Out of the bunch, the appearance of this release is the most minimalist and it has a very similar look to releases we have seen to date in the range. The normally popping EnergySling taking on a neutral black paint job, similar to what we spotted first on the Enlightened pack. It is the addition of the Solar Slime detailing along the signature 3-stripe that differentiates these.

Finally, the Predator LZ takes on some Vivid Berry detailing. This boot has been the least talked about in the range to date, with many skipping past its appearance. Both the outside Lethal Zones are the regions to take on the brighter color. The most unusual aspect of this release is the fact that the Predator LZ is currently the oldest model of all 4 releases on the market. It is another reminder of how quickly new colorways and releases are being recycled at the moment!

Soccer.com currently has the adiZero F50, adiPure 11Pro and Nitrocharge 1.0 listed and available for those of you looking to pick up your own pair.

  1. Those Predators look FANTASTIC!

I'm still lacking an Adidas boot in my collection, perhaps this may be the first.

  2. Black White and Red. C'mon adidas. Bring back our colorway

  3. Well this is an interesting contrast to the Samba pack. They're all a little flashy, but the flash doesn't feel overdone. I really like the way the Adizero looks there. If the blue is bright they're probably still a little flashy, but they should be a real option for players who like black boots (they'd even be fairly easy to black out if the player wanted).

Overall, this is a nice new set of releases for Adidas.
