Nike Brasileirão Flight Ball Released

Nike has dropped a new version of Nike Flight Ball that will be used exclusively for Copa Brasil and in Brasileirão Serie A. The design is inspired by the yellow and blue colors made famous by the Brazilian national team.

Created using a revolutionary design process, the Nike Brasil Flight Ball is set to address issues of inconsistent aerodynamics. Incorporating Nike’s new AerowSculpt technology, the ball delivers a measurable benefit of 30% truer flight than its Nike predecessor. Nike has been working on this project since 2012, when the Nike Equipment Innovation Lab started an eight-year investigation into improving consistency of ball flight. Through that time, insights from players were addressed in three important stages: Explore, Recreate and Innovate.

Unfortunately, there are no plans for this specific version of the ball to be released outside of Brazil.
