Bentley and the new Puma V1.08

Tottenham have been in fine form as of late thanks to Harry Redknapp taking over at the helm. Although no where near safe, Harry’s men have climbed out of the relegation zone. One player in particular who people were keen to watch this season was David Bentley. After 2 very impressive seasons at Blackburn, the ex-Arsenal star made the move back to London and White Heart Lane. But with only 1 goal and 4 assists so far this season, his form has been anything but dynamic. Last season at Blackburn he amassed 6 goals and 10 assists. I have to say, that the past few games have seen Bentley improve. But are we to see the Bentley of Blackburn that was knocking on the England managers door asking for an international call-up? Last weekend saw Bentley debut the Puma V1.08 Silver. Not half flashy! These boots will not be available until mid January in the UK. The v1.08 uses a thin, lightweight and abrasion resistant textile material providing an industry speed benchmark with unique ball control and touch properties. The forefoot stud configuration ensures smooth ground penetration by providing optimal traction and maneuverability. While the off-centered lacing system increases the kicking area and improves pressure distribution as well as reducing forces from ball impact.
