Adidas Launch MI adiZero F50 Premium Edition

For those Adidas F50 adiZero fans out there craving a new personalized pair of boots with a Premium touch, Adidas might just be offering you the answer. Welcome in the adiZero F50 Premium Pack, a boot that you can tailor for yourself through miAdidas. Adidas are packaging an upgraded version of the F50 range that will leave you wearing a boot unlike the regular F50 wearers out there.

Ok, so there is a snag and that is the $290 price range, but if you have the cash to splash, you can now do a Messi and make your own custom pair through miadidas.

What Adidas is Saying

The F50 Premium is available with a specially designed lightweight upper, featuring enhanced stability in the heel and distinctive chrome SPRINTFRAME. Combined into a premium package, with a suede shoe bag and personalized key chain, the F50 Premium turns understated style into a bold statement.

The big difference on this version is the use of a carbon TPU heel reinforcement. It not only adds a sleek look, but it is stronger and lighter than the regular heel cup, and this translates into more protection on a slightly lighter boot. Visually, it makes a big difference and it should also add a little extra when it comes to performance.

The material used in the upper also has a very unique look, and it is definitely not the same type of synthetic we see used in the regular F50. In fact, this has a sort of faux leather look, almost like the same material Adidas use on Messi’s personalized boots. So, rather than having to pick up a pair of synthetics in the same colorway as Messi, you can look at ways to create your own with a synthetic leather similar to the Ballon d’Or winners pair. Note that this hasn’t been confirmed, I am basing my opinion off the images.
