Zlatan Adds A “Lion Touch” To His Nike Mercurial Vapor 14

In typical Zlatan fashion, the AC Milan striker returned to action last week after an extended absence due to injury and got his name on the score sheet. And making sure to grab some extra attention, he added a very unique and unmistakable custom touch to his boots.

Along the heels, “ZLATAN IBRA” is etched in black. But not just your typical text, the T is replaced with an iconic logo of the lion celebrating in the same shape as the letter. His arms are stretched out wide over each letter A and it creates an incredibly effective look that stands out in style.

It is a great touch and fits perfectly along the heels of his highlight neon yellow Nike Mercurial Vapor 14 Elite. He is currently wearing the latest colorway that was released as part of the Nike Motivation Pack.

And just to finish up, since we are talking boots, Zlatan shared a very important message on social media last week: “The football shoes do not make the difference. The feet make the difference.”

Although I completely agree, I also think having the pair of comfortable boots can create confidence and help you play your best, distraction free. But I won’t argue with Zlatan and his very valid personalized take on the topic, lol.
