COLIN – Nike Hypervenom Phantom
I chose this design because I feel it will stand out on the pitch, but mesh nicely with any number of kits. I think the best way to make a boot stand out from the rest is to use a unique color on the sole-plate. Luckily Nike ID allows the user to pick either a black or Volt sole-plate for the Hypervenom. Outside of the sole-plate, I selected a simple black and white upper, accented with a volt Nike check. I’m really satisfied with the combination of black, white, and volt. I tried using these three colors in a variety of ways, and settled on this as the ultimate set up.
I'd go Jim, Colin, Aaron 123 and Ethan's easily last haha @SirKones
Last? Haha, I don't know about last!
Kevin gets the nod from me as it is a simple and classy design. Actually Shelvey of Swansea had a gorgeous pair of MiAdidas Predator LZ II's in black and white – as though it were the offspring of the Copa and the original LZ – truly beautiful and something I'd plump for. That or a pair of blue Nitrocharges but I wish the EnergySling could be changed to suit taste or maybe the LZ II's in the traditional red/black/white Predator colour scheme.
Thanks Hondo, you clearly have taste. 😉
Thank you sir, what can I say? I'm from the old-school when football was played by men and not by mannequins prancing about with their manicured hairstyles and who flop about like fish every time there is the slightest of contact.
That being said, am I the only one who'd love to see Adidas and Puma resurrect some of their classic boots with modern materials etc.? You'd get the best of both. Although equally I loved the Ryals and the Five Star boots that were mentioned here, and my Copas and Pantofola boots enjoy a work-out
Back in the day when football was a man' s game…I received the 3 pairs of Cinquestelle this week and they are very impressive. There is something special about Handmade boots.
Colin – nice colors combination. Tyler's too, but I've seen that before for Adipure. Others, they're all right, but the colors do not catch my eyes.
Thanks man!
