Classy White/Gold Coating Added to Warrior Superheat

SUPERHEAT WHITE & GOLD

As expected, Warrior are starting to bash out some new colorways prior to the World Cup this summer, and it has all started with this extravagant looking White/Gold colourway for the Superheat. Visually, this is a great looking boot that sets a real statement for the highly regarded speed boot.

There is plenty going on with the Superheat, with Warrior using some extreme terminology to explain what the boot has to offer. Pieced together, it makes for a very advanced performing boot, as we experienced through testing, so stick with us as we break it all down.

It starts with the upper, where a revolutionary Tri-fusion bonded skin is employed for a clean touch and a speed feel. The extremely lightweight Neoweb, a bonded water resistant upper mesh construction, moulds to the contours of the foot through wear, making the boot feel like a second skin and providing high comfort and breathability.

The second bonded TPU layer balances efficient support with optimum agility, finished off with Organitouch, a super-thin outer film to enhance sensitivity and touch, aiding close ball control while Implanted in the heel, a hidden internal Membrane Heel Shield provides unseen support and protection against unforgiving challenges.

Then there is the soleplate, which is constructed from a tough compound material, allowing it to withstand adverse weather conditions and varying playing surfaces. The configuration of the Clawtech blades offers optimum versatile traction to dominate on dry and firm surfaces.

It takes a few seconds to comprehend the bizarre nature of the boots design, but as a system it comes together and offers a high level of competitive performance. My only real negative while testing surrounded the actual colorway design of the initial release – well that is completely removed with the clean visual appearance of these boots. Lets be honest, you can’t really beat a White/Gold look and this one is extremely pretty to look at. Tom Ince was the first person to wear the new look. sporting them in Crystal Palace high profile 3-3 draw with Liverpool today.

In terms of retail, they are currently available from soccer.com for $180.
